So I did the work out thing with my second and it did seem to help. As long as you are careful and consult your doctor I think it will be good for you. I just hope this time my body will give me a break. :)Soul Pocketshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02850973780011481487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8644036801250092692.post-34043794605184902262009-01-20T19:53:00.000-05:002009-01-20T19:53:00.000-05:00Good luck! (I gained 30 the first pregnancy and 40 the second, and didn't work out with those ones!)Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06497593765013433443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8644036801250092692.post-10287278251567350612009-01-20T12:47:00.000-05:002009-01-20T12:47:00.000-05:00Thanks Cathy. Since I worked out I have felt much better(I don't know if it is the workout or because I am ending the three month mark soon)

I know I will still be a big pregnant mama, and that's ok but I would like to be a healthy big mama. With a little bit of tone. :) Thanks for the hope :)Soul Pocketshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02850973780011481487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8644036801250092692.post-17830813004892334412009-01-20T11:59:00.000-05:002009-01-20T11:59:00.000-05:00And just in case you missed it, here's a link to g...And just in case you missed it, here's a link to give you hope!
http://templeofthespirit.blogspot.com/2008/11/now-thats-pregnant-woman.htmlCathy Adamkiewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15196264677086881776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8644036801250092692.post-87277036638229849522009-01-20T11:50:00.000-05:002009-01-20T11:50:00.000-05:00I too gained about 50-60 pounds with each pregnanc...I too gained about 50-60 pounds with each pregnancy. With my fifth one I walked on the treadmill every day up until the ninth month.
I still gained as much weight, but the good news is I was able to take it off much easier afterwards. I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but I suppose it can't hurt.
One challenge I had with exercising during pregancy was that it affected my blood sugar - to the point where I would weep after every workout. Not just because I was tired :) but because my blood sugar dropped and I crashed. I felt horrible. Ask your doc for tips on what and when you should eat before and after exercising.
And just to let you know, you look amazing and beautiful. Don't worry about the number on the scale; it means nothing.Cathy Adamkiewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15196264677086881776noreply@blogger.com
